The Role

We’re looking for an experienced sailmaker or a motivated assistant / work preparer.
Experience is great, but not required — what matters is that you work precisely and enjoy learning. We’ll gladly teach you.

As a sailmaker you’ll help design, produce and repair canvas products and large sails.
As an assistant / work preparer you’ll prepare projects, perform small kite repairs, and handle simple sewing tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Cut, sew, and finish canvas and sails
• Measure and prepare materials for production
• Independently perform small repairs on kites
• Assist with on-site installations and repairs
• Manage tools and inventory
• Keep the workshop clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with sailmaking, upholstery, or technical textiles (not required)
• Basic sewing and measuring skills, or the motivation to learn
• Precision, technical curiosity, and a willingness to learn
• Speaks English, Dutch, Papiamento, or Spanish
• Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Aruba (can be discussed)
